K2 Dental shortlisted for most attractive dental practice

We are proud to announce that K2 Dental was shortlisted for "Most Attractive Practice" in the UK in The Private Dentistry Awards 2010.

We are very proud to be on the shortlist for this category as we did not employ a design team or a design and build service but decided to design and manage the project ourselves.

Our remit to our builders was that we wanted a boutique style practice that felt more homely rather than an out and out clinical setting. We wanted to use dark wood throughout coupled with the use of brushed steel fittings and accents where possible, as well as glass panels to make as much use of light as possible. Our priority was to have a clean and uncluttered design to the interior.

These awards are all about promoting excellence in private practice and recognising outstanding achievement in the dental profession. With more than 10 years of experience The Private Dentistry Awards have established prestige and cachet that few can match. Now entering their second decade in fine form, they are the awards to be shortlisted for.
